Great image but.....

The quality of the image is great. But the app stop working after a year. I tried on both iPhone 6, 7+, X Max.

Link to support not available. Used for a couple years with no issue. Now all of a sudden the app won’t open.

App stopped working. When I try to log in, it spins, the goes back to the log in page. App support link does not work. Emailed customer service on the website but have not received a response.

Loved this cam until the app just completely stopped working. Unable to log into the app or even create a new account. Camera is useless without it! Unreal.

Worked great for couple of year. Recently I tried to hook them back up and now the app is worthless it will not work and so they are worthy less to me.

My camera just stopped working. I’ve done everything possible to have it back and nothing work. I’m so frustrated with this!

Hardly ever works. If you can manage to get it to initially connect to WiFi, it never stays connected. App never opens. Camera Doesn’t move, talk back lag makes it not worth trying, no night vision, can’t see even if you have nightlights in kids room. All around terrible camera. Bought this in 2017 for $40, bought a wansview for $35 and it works 100 times better. Spend your money elsewhere.

Used to work at least 50% of the time+Camera resolution is decent..... something changed in the the past couple months where I can’t even log on anymore... can’t change password either. Request for new password does nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app... same issues. Just a piece of crap camera.
