Doesn't connect to iPhone

I've tried EVERYTHING and the camera doesn't Connect my iPhone. My Wi-Fi is great the green light is blinking I even measured 10 to 20 cm away for the freaking sound wave. UGH! I just want to watch what my cat does while I'm at work, plz fix!!!!!

I had the camera up and running in 5 minutes. Not sure why others are having problems but it works great in all areas of our house. Outstanding product for the price.

I bought the camera and it works fine. But I paid for a $25 SD card to be able to record. I put the card in, it says SD successfully inserted, and nothing records to it. I tried to take the card out and it's stuck.. There's no way to take it out. So I wasted $25... Great
Good when it works

Super easy to set up. Very glitchy. Very temperamental. Camera goes "offline" for no particular reason. (My wifi is very strong) Very difficult to get the camera back online. Super frustrating since when it works it works very well.

Great camera but...... The image quality is amazing and this review w'd have 4-5 stars except that the voice that announces someone is watching scares the crap out of my toddler twins. Right now I can't even use the camera to see my family while I am out of town for my job because of this. I had to promise my daughter I wouldn't use this anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, fix this so I can opt out of the option to announce that someone is watching so I can see my family. This's VERY frustrating. I will be returning this camera if it's not fixed soon. I was going to buy 3 more for my home because the image quality is so good but not if this isn't fixed. (also, night vision could be better) Thank you! UPDATE: 06SEP2016 So I've had 6 of these camera for about 7-8 months now. After some initial major issues it was resolved by the great support of the company. I just bought two more cameras and three days later all my cameras go out and all eight are wiped from the app. Now I can't get any of them to come back to the app. Tried logging out then in again with no luck. I also have two of the night vision cameras that use a different app and have never been able to get those to work either. All together I'm out a grand total of $487! Very frustrated

Camera is a hassle to set up. I did get I running smoothly for a month or so. One day, the blue light was blinking (indicating someone was watching us) while we were NOT logged in to watch. This comes from overseas so who knows?! Also the camera is supposed to enable you to talk, the sound is crap. The camera freezes often. This isn't what you want if you're trying to keep your family safe.

The camera has the best picture. The app closes on me a lot while I'm watching my baby. It also has horrible vision at night I have to leave the hall light on.

Says WiFi is connecting but lies to me! Trying 2 different cameras on 2 different WiFi signals. Cameras still lie to me! Frustrating!

You buy a camera and expect the ap to function better than the camera itself. I'm tech savvy when it counts down to connect to wifi it just refuses to work....on 3 different iPhones it's just insane. You guys need a serious update.
Stop working after a month

I set three cameras and they were working perfectly. However after a month I opened the app and all the cameras were gone. I came home trying to sync the cameras again and it's not working. Also I can't get the SD card out of the camera.
