Unfortunately I received this camera as a gift to watch my baby once I returned to work from maternity leave. When opening the app, it takes 10+ minutes for it to load and start the camera..it would probably take longer but I usually close it out. If I can get the camera to start, the picture freezes. This is a huge liability for the company. What if someone got the camera to watch for people breaking into their home and couldn't get into the app? What if someone was trying to find out if the nanny was hurting their baby and the app froze? Don't waste your money or risk the safety of your family.
Micro sd card doesn’t work

I have a micro sd card installed. It shows activity but when you click on it to view nothing comes up great idea if it actually worked. The camera recognizes the card and acknowledges that it is installed but nothing.
Can’t even sign up!

I download this app and tried to sign up but it kept saying: parameter error...I don’t know what that’s mean. It does not allow me to sign up. I tried several times and it’s not working..I gave up and deleted the app. Stupid app ever!
Doesn’t work after switching to iPhone

First off I really love the camera and app. I use it to keep an eye on my pets while I’m at work and I especially love that I can yell at them if they are doing something wrong. Second, I had an android phone and the app worked fine. I’ve now switched to an iPhone and can’t get in to my account to use the camera. When I try to sign up it shows this-Parameter error When I try to login it shows this-Login failed When I select forgot password it shows this-Request verify failed Please fix the app so that I can start using my camera again.

Used to work with no problem (few months maybe). Then the motion detection notifications quit popping up. Unplugged it to reset and now it won’t connect to the WiFi at all. Gets through the sound wave connection but can’t connect to WiFi even after 10+ tries

Worked OK for a few months then all of a sudden I couldn’t log on. The camera worked but the app did not.

I’ve had this camera for about a year and since I’ve had it it’s been giving me problems! It takes like 7-10 minutes just to load when logging I ; it doesn’t allow me to add additional devices; it’s delayed like crazy; and within the last 6 months or so it has NOT been allowing me to even log on. It’s like it just disappeared! So now I must buy another one. Cheap devices, I guess you get what you pay for right? Smh!!!!!

The camera is great but if you can’t log into the app then it’s worthless. Email to customer support never gets answered and even Forgot password doesn’t work.
