Our stay at the Excalibur

We checked in on Thursday June 6 a slight missup checking in due to using a 3rd party but Dennis at the front desk has it all squared away for us. The valet service and people are so very curious I couldn’t ask for better people to help me in and out of my car and always asking if I needed directions when leaving and when I returned if I had a good time. I will use Excalibur again the next time I am in Las Vegas. Sincerely AMFERGUSON
Mirage Hotel and Casino

We always stay at the Mirage because it feels like our second home when we’re in Las Vegas. The rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to help if there is ever a problem! We now have our daughter and her boyfriend staying at the Mirage also and will be back in September with a friend of my husbands, who has never been to Vegas yet!! We will always stay at the Mirage ( or at least an MLife Hotel when visiting Vegas.

Can’t check in. I have confirmation number and it says I have no reservation. I called and I do! Worthless.

Tried to use app today to do mobile checkin. “We’ve temporarily encountered an issue” over and over and over. Had to wait in 20+ minute checkin line instead. Completely useless.
