This app is straight garbage. It doesn’t let me see any of the new messages I get at all. Update this crappy app.

This app does everything right and it’s extremely light weight. This is how modern day apps are supposed to be built. Unlike giant sized trashy apps(FB app cough..) Someone from messenger team please educate your counterpart app teams to make them light weight.

We forced to use this app to views messages. This app doesn’t show all unread messages and it is hard to search through. Facebook hasnt responded nor fixed any of my for support request.

You are killing this app more with each update! It’s the features and ease of navigation is what brings people to want to use apps. You are doing the opposite of that. Seriously tho how is this better?! You USED TO be able to look at ALL your group chats in their own tab but they got rid of it. No one uses the people section. If your looking for someone you just search them. Bring back the groups tab so you have a spot where ALL your group chats are. This app was better in 2018 than it is now. It’s 2020 that is 2 YEARS of reversal of the good thing you had going. You could make a plan for the group and it reminded you before hand and let people mark if they were going. Now your making it where you need to click on more just for 2 options that you didn’t have to do before. Fix it!
