I can not buy the upgrade that levels up the level of the gems that come out of the box, that drops down.

I used to play this game I liked it. I am playing it again, and I am disappointed to see that there is no way for me to upgrade my box quality. When I click on it it says I only have to pay zero dollars to upgrade my box. When I click on it I receive a message saying “purchase failed sorry”. The same thing happens when I try to buy a blue chance box. I don’t usually write reviews for games in fact this is my first one writing. So I hope something can be done to fix this problem of mine.

This is an very addicting game! It is all about what and how you do! As the levels go on and you get more gems it gets so much more fun! Gemland, moonland,and Aztec land are all so much fun!
