I just can’t do the wasted time with no reward. I can’t imagine how many people have uninstalled this game(no $) because of this. Just did the recreate thing. Thought it was going to be just the screen I was on. Was whole game. Not starting over for a game that barely works. Uninstalling now.

I like this game and I would rate it 5 stars but this had happened to me. Ok so basically what happened was I was playing perfectly normal and everything I shut my iPad off for a second and turned it back on and went in to merge gems and my gems were gone I was all the way up to topaz so seeing this happen got me mad and I’m frustrated please give me my gems back if a admin or creator is reading this.
Why I don’t really like Merge Gems

The reasons why I don’t like Merge Gems is because there is a lot of adds and I’m not that of a patient person. Reason two is that when you have bearly got out of Merge Gems it just starts to send notifications and sometimes it interrupts me when I’m playing something else and then I loose the game and it just irritates me all the time.

This game was AMAZING!! I loved how you could go to different mines and change it up a bit. You can also tap the box at the bottom to speed it up, you also make money really fast which I liked, and finally my favorite part is you can buy gems which really speeds it up and helps. I got REALLY far into the game when, it COMPLETELY restarted me. And that is why it lost three stars and is now only two stars. I was REALLY mad when it restarted me and I hope this doesn’t happen to you I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry if it was too long.
The App Is Great, But I Have An Issue
Most Funnest Game!
This app is a great app, but on the Moonland one, you have to tap to get the boxes wayyy too many times for my liking. I’m not complaining but maybe you could make us only have to tap 10 times on the boxes? The game is fun, and it’s a mind game! I love to see the new creations and I get eager to see more! This game is over-all terrific other than the tapping!
What happened to the gems....

Why is it that in a few updates you don’t have the gem that you have to merge to get there next gen. For example when I have the Mysterious Stone, in the store it says I’m on the Rare Ruby. I think this is a lag problem AND YALL NEED TO FIX THIS GAME. Because it takes much more time to get the harder gems because you don’t have the gem that merges to make it like, what is the problem.....

My only problem (and I guess it’s not really a problem) is that in-app purchases don’t work.
