Found something annoying – Merge Gems! Review

I used to play this game I liked it. I am playing it again, and I am disappointed to see that there is no way for me to upgrade my box quality. When I click on it it says I only have to pay zero dollars to upgrade my box. When I click on it I receive a message saying “purchase failed sorry”. The same thing happens when I try to buy a blue chance box. I don’t usually write reviews for games in fact this is my first one writing. So I hope something can be done to fix this problem of mine.
