Good but crashed

I loved this game and it was super addicting! But then when I was really far along in all three of the levels it just crashed and put me back to level 1. Over all pretty good game but please fix the crashing.

I’m giving it five stars.This thing runs while I play other games! Which means when I get back to the game I can buy some stuff with the idle gold I'd earned while doing something completely different! The gems are so cool looking and ever since I gave this a try I’d been nonstop playing it! Oh and remember when I told you about the gold that you get automatically? When I’m done writing this review I will have a ton of gold! And I just think this game is fun in general. That’s my review.

The game will not allow me to upgrade my crates or buy anything from the upgrades shop. It’s showing the amount to buy one is set at zero and when I click on it it says “sorry, purchase failed” without bringing up any payment options or anything of the sort. Please fix. It will make this game way more entertaining if I can bring my upgrades up on my boxes etc.
