I just started and I already love it, but, when I try to upgrade to a better crate, but it says Sorry, purchase failed. What’s the matter? I dunno. I hope you can fix it :).

The game is good and all, I enjoy it. But the only thing that I ABSOLUTELY HATE about this game is the fact that I can’t upgrade my boxes. It always says 0 and -purchase failed- Please fix this.
