This is an awesome app. I turn to it first when looking for anything specific. Couple improvements would be: 1. To tell how active a seller is. I have asked questions and not received a response. 2. To be able to sort likes. For example by seller in order to try and bundle.

This place is becoming a joke ! The first month was great and I had a few good sales , thereafter every week I get accused of selling counterfeit merchandise and spend hours proving that it's not counterfeit. Now mind you these are brand new items with tags on them , many with sales receipts , and sewn in tags. It seems that for fun some twisted people enjoy erroneous reporting for fun. The system Mercari has in place just takes that persons word and starts removing your items that are listed. I sell handbags & jewelry so I get hit often. I have excellent reviews but they don't investigate or even look at your photos , they are good Lat sending nasty letters & removing your goods. Don't sell here unless you have a lot of time to waste. Sure it's free to sell but you pay for it with the caliber of people you work with. This could have been a better organization with some bright people running it ! Daisyog

If you ever encounter a problem purchasing or selling (which will happen) FORGET about getting help from their support team. They have the worst service, they don't get back to you for 4 days to a week. Their excuse is always "we have a high volume of messages at this time" but that shouldn't be ALL THE TIME. You just get automAted replies every single time. I've literally gone in circles with them they do not actually reply it's pathetic how their system works. I've been ripped off by buyers and sellers and mercari support time and time again does nothing about it but helps in ripping me off even more

Good app for the most part. Few problems that could be fixed. Definitely should be a cheaper shipping method; when selling a small item, why should the shipping be $4 (at least)?

This app allows you to actually make money off of things you sell!! Only downfall is you don't get paid till buyer rates you, saying they received the item. Which, can be a bit scary, but I haven't had any trouble with that yet. Overall, love this app!!
