Worst "customer service" ever

Beware! Although this site has potential and a lot to offer, they lack customer service and it feels like there's literally NO ONE running this thing! It takes days even weeks to get a reply and you'll be lucky if your reply has anything to do with your original question. Plus, be careful, you can easily be banned for NO REASON AT ALL! Someone there likes to make up crap and make accusations and not even look at facts. Poshmark has much better customer service and actual people running their page, I'm going back there.

This app has made it very simple to sell items and get them shipped. I sell on eBay frequently and have enjoyed this new avenue for selling my items.

While I appreciate that they currently do not charge a fee for sales, their customer service is a joke. No customer service at all. I bought something that was advertised as a specific brand and got something entirely different... Total false advertisement. Yet CS was unwilling to do anything about it after TWO separate emails....I will not recommend this app to anyone I know. If I could, I would give her 0 stars. Update - 04/05/2016 Love selling on here as I make more money from my items but still ZERO customer service. Cancelled my order for no reason - protecting my seller status - or some crap like that. So when I contacted to ask about it - didn't hear anything wasn't stated in the email I got, the exact same two paragraphs..... Update - 05/28/2016 It's only been about two months since my last update. I got a message this morning claiming that the Uggs that I have listed are counterfeit items which they are absolutely not. I bought them from my local Dillard's! So they have now suspended my account for 24 hours for absolutely NO reason! I would give this app zero stars if I could. And when I message them, the reply I got was the same basic generic information. Just them restating the obvious.

I bought quite a bit of stuff from here. This app is great, you can find cool stuff here for cheap. The only thing is that when u order something the in-app notifications don't disappear after u click on them.
