Lists page never loads, member pictures do not load, unable to update personal privacy settings, unable to update personal or household picture.

I have tried to edit my photo many times but each time it says it’s unable to do it. Very frustrating.
Username and password not recognized

I have changed my password several times today and I still am not recognized. I have been using the app for years now and all of a sudden Touch ID isn’t recognized nor is my most recent password update. I can’t even log on the church’s website. But I can uselessly change my password several times through the help link to no avail!
App stopped updating personal info

I have updated my personal info multiple times and it will show up, but then when I open the app after a couple hours it reverts to my previous info. And now after the update, it will not let me touch my info. Also, the app will not allow me to change the photo’s and has made all of the photos disappear in the household and ward. Please fix.
Perfect except for the last week or so!

Overall a good app, I use it all the time! However lately I have run into two issues: 1. I can’t see anyone’s picture OR change my own (this is a problem guys—the outdated mission selfie has got to go!), and 2. I can’t send any emails or error reports from within the app ...hence this review?

This app works well for me to see where people live if I need to go do service or to look up someone’s phone number or find out how to contact my Temple. The only problem is that I can’t change my profile photo. Please fix it! But otherwise, great job!

We have always been appreciative of the amazing advancements in the past years to allow us to access our scriptures & full library on line. We are thankful for those technicians who continue to improve our experience of actually studying all of the interconnections among the scriptures. We are blessed to highlight and create footnotes. Please fix photo issues

I am grateful for the time and talent you give to provide this app for free. It has been a great tool for many years. Recently I moved to a new ward and tried to update my photos. Did not work, so I thought uninstalling might help. Now I have no one’s photo. Really wanted to use this to learn ward family names. Hopefully it can be fixed quickly.
