Some nice improvements have come our way in this app. It no longer forces a data update every 30 days. I recently started using the lists feature and am tickled with it. Not specific to the app, but it sure is nice that we aren’t limited to thumbnail sized photos in the directory. A review of version 3.6.4.

It’s very useful! I love that we havenWard Directories right at out fingertips. One issue. I can’t view the Temples page. It’s completely blank when I go to it. How can I fix this issues?

Would the Church ever consider digital Temple Recomends?

I woke up early to go to the temple with my wife and son and when checking to make sure I had my recommend, I realized that I had misplaced it somehow. Anyway, I had to send the two of them off and it later occurred to me that this app shows my temple recommend status as being active. I don’t know if this would have sufficed, but it did give me pause thinking that a digital version, one that could be added to my ewallet would be very convenient.
Temple information still missing

The last update 12/23/19 broke the temple information. Nothing is there.

I like this app and use it often. I use my calendar on my phone for EVERYTHING! One thing I wish they would fix on this app is when I copy an event to my phone calendar from the lds tools calendar, and then I go back into my lds tools calendar, it takes me all the way back to “today’s” date. I wish it would go back to the date I was on. It is such a pain and takes forever to add church events from this calendar. PLEASE FIX THIS! Thanks!
Great app but too many bugs

Newest bug won’t allow app to load existing pictures or upload new pictures to the app. Bishop has requested everyone upload pictures to help everyone to get to know each other but app won’t allow it.
Can’t long in or sync

I use LCR on the browser on my phone all the time, so I know my login is good, but any time I try to log in to the app or sync it tells me that my login information is incorrect or the servers are down. I haven’t been able to use the app in months.

There are always way too many issues with this app. So bad you can’t even use the Help option to report the issues because guess what, you get an error. Also unable to update your photos. Get an error every time.

I’ve been a member my whole life & I can’t believe the church can’t get these stupid apps right! I can’t even change my freaking number and save and re-sync... like seriously?! I got a new cellphone number and every time I try to change it the stupid save indicator just goes round and round and never actually saves...what’s the whole point of having the option available if it’s not going to work?! For as high standards as the church holds with everything else in the world technology and app development should be no different. This is just unacceptable by ANY standard. My ward clerk has even tried and nothing happened. It’s so irritating! No one can ahold of me in my ward because of this problem. FIX it.
