Since the new update I’m not able to enter my receipt if I want to get my rewards points


Quirky and no online app support

Things such as shop and scan are buried in submenus. It is cumbersome and often slow to use in the store. As of this week, I cannot submit receipts after hubby forgot to input at checkout to my mPerks as it shows an error immediately saying it is taking too long. This happens whether I barcode scan or input manually. I have even tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. There is no online app support, and my email for help has gone unanswered. The last time I tried calling support, I waited for over an hour and I do not have time for that right now.


Entering a receipt

When I don’t get my mperks bar code scanned at the store, (or if my husband makes a purchase and brings me the receipt), I will enter the receipt on the app after I get home, or at least I try to. I’ve tried scanning the bar code on the receipt, it won’t accept it. It says there’s a problem and to call support. I try to enter it manually and it still says there’s a problem and to try again later. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I try to enter the receipt information, I still get the same response. This has been a problem since November. I called customer support and they helped me, as in entering the information for me, I had three receipts. I was hoping it would be better (fixed) by now, but it isn’t. I really don’t want to have to call customer support every time to have them enter my receipt info in for me. I don’t know if anyone else is having problems or if it’s just me. Hoping I’m not the only one. Can someone look into this and figure out what the issue is and “fix” whatever needs to be done? I would greatly appreciate it.


App works great, needs one more thing

After talking to Ken at Meijer’s. I didn’t realize Norton 360 was blocking me from accessing the website Site. I had to download firewall to access the site. Thanks for the advice Ken. I’m able to access the pictures on the app & access the website on the phone. The phone issue is resolved. Upgrade to 5 stars.

Can not use ebt on this app. They charge you a pick up fee, but won’t accept ebt online. Spent an hour shopping online for nothing.


Enter mPerks Receipt Information NOT WORKING!!

I forgot to enter my mPerks ID at checkout. Now whenever I try to enter the receipts information using the Meijer mobile app “scan barcode” or “manually” features, the app doesn’t accept the receipts. Each time I enter the receipts information it FAILS with the following ERROR message: “Looks like there’s a problem. You’re receipt submission is taking longer than expected. Please try again later.” I’ve tried to enter the receipts information many times, and got the same error message over and over. Please fix ASAP.


Substitutions Not Working

I love being able to accept or deny substitutions prior to arriving for pickup. The past few weeks this feature is not working and so I have to approve or deny on site with the employee reading them all to me. Time consuming and always ends in more errors than before. Please fix.

the app won’t show me my substitutions it just shows me a bike shopping cart and everything says $3.00 i can’t approve substitutions until i get to the store and ask the lady who brings out my groceries. disappointed.


Where is the Shop & Scan Option?

I'm a fairly tech-savvy millennial (just throwing out some context) but I can not figure out how to access the Shop & Scan option. There is a button on the main screen that just leads me to FAQ, and a button on the menu (when I click the three dots on the lower right of the screen for "More") that leads to the same tutorial/FAQ. Nothing that I've found will actually open up a camera scanner that leads to the Shop & Scan function. Can this be clarified a bit more? Otherwise, it's a great app--I just would like to use it to it's full potential. Thanks! Edit: Meijer reponded to say the Shop & Scan feature only works if I’m in the physical store—which I was, while I was searching for the feature.
