Super convenient, but missing something

I absolutely love love LOVE the scan and go option! I love how it will offer you coupons automatically! But whenever I have physical coupons, whether they be from checkout or the mail, I usually forget to bring them with me to the store, and there’s no way for me to add them within the app. I would love if y’all could add that feature!

We need to make sure the cashiers are efficient yet packing groceries the way the customer wants them packed.Like items need to be bagged together, not too heavy and arranged the way the customer would like.Missing a lot of the older cashiers that did things the way I wanted it done with friendly conversation and fun.Carol,Susanne,Patricia...just a few of the hard working ladies no longer at Store # 53... We also need to have lanes open at the busiest times of day...early afternoon, weekdays.We want people coming into the store and leaving in a positive experience that they can tell others about and return.

OK so I don’t like this app and all But it won’t deliver to my location otherwise it’s an awesome app to get your groceries and all your crap I don’t know it just won’t deliver to mine

It isn’t letting me select pickup. Also it won’t allow me to add any items to my cart. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing is working.

They don’t manage inventories well

I like this app, they listen to users too, but they just dont have products listed on app in the store. Because they don’t have products, they just remove it from orders, and prices change so that we need to pay for delivery fee. We ordered delivery just because it had discount and wanted to try how it’s like, but if it is like this…..It’s so uncomfortable to use.

Three days ago I went to MeijersIf you buy $15 worth of Dannon yogurt you will get three dollars off so I bought $18 worth I called them three days ago and they told me that their system was down and it will be up in two days here it is three days and it’s still not up evidently they don’t really care about their customers I’ve sent email messages and they have not replied back now Kroger‘s always get back with youI am taking my yogurt back to the store and getting my $18 backThis is not the first time this has happened it has happened two other times not even the groceries percentage is right I told them they might have a bug in their system but they are ignoring that I’ve been a Meijers customer for a long time but evidently they do not want to treat their customers right every time you go into the store they have no carts You have to go to the parking lot and get your own clean it off when you bring it back in and some of the boys are very hateful especially at the Middletown location I am very disappointed in the store and the customer relation department

App works for most part unless…

You type in a search item & the app force closes. Doesn’t matter in type of product you search, it force closes. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone & re downloaded the Meijer app & still having the same issue. iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS Software: 15.2.1.

Enter receipt it’s not working

I used to loved this app, but now every time I’m trying to enter a receipt information (because I usually forget to enter my mperks at the moment of buying stuff) it’s not working, does not read the bar code and if I try to enter it manually, it’s like if I didn’t submitted anything at all.

Doesn’t work 60% of the time

This app never even works. Gives errors non stop. Won’t load. Never loads orders.
