Entering a receipt – Meijer - Delivery & Pickup Review

When I don’t get my mperks bar code scanned at the store, (or if my husband makes a purchase and brings me the receipt), I will enter the receipt on the app after I get home, or at least I try to. I’ve tried scanning the bar code on the receipt, it won’t accept it. It says there’s a problem and to call support. I try to enter it manually and it still says there’s a problem and to try again later. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I try to enter the receipt information, I still get the same response. This has been a problem since November. I called customer support and they helped me, as in entering the information for me, I had three receipts. I was hoping it would be better (fixed) by now, but it isn’t. I really don’t want to have to call customer support every time to have them enter my receipt info in for me. I don’t know if anyone else is having problems or if it’s just me. Hoping I’m not the only one. Can someone look into this and figure out what the issue is and “fix” whatever needs to be done? I would greatly appreciate it.
