I love meijer, but the functionality on this app is getting worse and worse. Clipping coupons almost requires both hands and is supper touchy. It is such a cumbersome process. I want it to be so much easier…

Also doesn’t show all items that are available in store. There are some items that I purchased in store, but I tried to buy it on the app but it doesn’t even exist on the app! Please fix this! Example: true goodness frozen tater tots and true goodness frozen crinkle cut fries. Late July crackers ( the ones that look like ritz) are shown as “available”, so I add them too my order, but when I pick up my order or review substitutes, nothing is mentioned, so I’m like okay I got my crackers, then I go home, unload my groceries and realize that I’m missing those crackers! Look on the app and compare my original order to the final order and notice that it wasn’t included in my final order, and that wasn’t mentioned ANYWHERE!! Why not??! UPDATE: Jan, 6, 2022. Why did you remove the ingredient list tab from the item description?? Please put it back!! I read it and based on it make the decision to buy or not buy a product. Please re-add this feature! Also, why are pick up times now only available the next day?? I used Meijer instead of other grocery stores because I could get my groceries fast, but now the only time slots for pick up are the next day, which is inconvenient. Please switch it back to same day pick up or I’ll have to shop elsewhere

I loved this app until it stopped letting me add receipts if I forgot to put in my mperks at checkout…. Doesn’t matter if I scan the barcode or manually put it in, still hasn’t worked after three app updates

I could find no way to choose pickup date and time BEFORE shopping. Then, only clicking on my 2nd item, I got kicked out of the app altogether. 3 strikes already and I haven’t even been able to order anything! Meijer should pay ME for the time I wasted on trying their app!

I loved this app at first a few months ago but now it has so many issues from my experience. The app freezes ALL THE TIME, even though I am using the most recent version. Why is there not an option to use Meijer coupons I receive in the mail in the app? Also, from my use I do not see that you get an actual receipt from your order (from the app or Meijer staff after picking up your order), so annoying!! It’s difficult to tell if you’re being charged anything additional. Definitely room for improvement. I’ve had trouble with my last order; out of stock items not showing what they actually where (no photo) and no photo of the suggestions for substitutions. Had to wait until I picked up my order to go through everything and see what I was missing.

I haven’t been able to enter receipts. The update said it fixed it but it did not. It doesn’t really matter now though because it’s been more than a week of the error and receipts can only be a entered within 7 days.

Unable to submit order

I added 36 things to my cart and was unable to checkout on my phone or in my laptop. I kept getting an error saying something went wrong in their end and to try later. I tried all day with the same results.
