I am now completely unable to use the Meijer app because it won’t download the newest version. At first I thought it was my phone. Nope. Other apps download and update just fine. I guess I will be shopping at Kroger and Walmart now. Their apps are fine.

The app worked great until it forced me to update in the store. Once I took time to update, it works worse than before. I don’t leave my phone running the app while shopping. I shop, scan then put it in my pocket. Now, when I open the app, it kicks me out of scanning and takes me back to the Home Screen. Then two more clicks and I can scan. Seriously! I’ll just do the self checkout. Very frustrating!

After the latest update I experienced major problems when I use the app to Shop & Scan. Whenever my phone goes to rest mode and I reentered the app, the app resets and takes me to the Home Screen. I resume Shop & Scan, which takes about a minute to relaunch, and I can resume shopping until the next time it happens.

Scanning Receipt’s Stopped Working

Only reason I downloaded the app was to use the rewards program. About 3 weeks ago if you forget to scan at checkout, the app no longer will accept a photo scan of your receipt. Says “ is taking longer than expected “ immediately after taking photo. Please fix. Thank you

Can’t scan receipts

With the newest update, I’m unable to scan receipts to receive rewards. Usually I type in my phone number at checkout, but on the off chance that I forget, I enjoy the feature that allows me to scan the receipt. But I can’t do that anymore! I’ve tried to enter it manually and with the barcode, and neither work.

I hate that every time I forget to scan my barcode at checkout, I go to scan the barcode on my receipt on the app to get my rewards it never works. Always tells me to come back later or try again. It’s frustrating and I’ve missed rewards because of this issue

Fix the receipt problem please

Fix the problem where the receipts won’t upload. The new self checkouts are so tiny I don’t want to fumble with my phone to scan my mperks, and the app won’t upload my receipt no matter which way I try to input it (it never has), this results in my Ibotta app not loading my meijer purchases because it only works in mperks now.

Scan/shop won’t work

For weeks now, every time I try to use the scan and shop to do just that, or as a quick price check, I get the same message, how the “UPC not found”, etc. It doesn’t matter what department, or what I’m scanning, I get the same message. Used to love its convenience, but now, it’s definitely a hassle.
