Worthless

I’m supposed to have a $5 copay and be able to use this service through my employer. I tried. Instead I get a $38 copay and a customer service rep who is gonna “send up a ticket” with no time frame of when it will be resolved! I’m sick! I’m missing work! I can’t wait for a stupid ticket to be resolved just because there’s a problem on your end! Thanks for nothing!

This app is life changing, and changing the world of time spent at doctors offices as we know it. There is no more 2 hour + wait to see the doctor. You can see them at your own convenience from your job or your home.

My doctor was amazing! He answered all of my questions and he made me feel super comfortable asking about my concerns in which he addressed. Excellent Experience!!

Anytime you’re sick, you know how much of a hassle it is to load up your kids, get to the doctor’s office and wait in an uncomfortably crowded office, while exposing everyone to more germs. With MDLIVE, the only inconvenience is waiting for a doctor to be connected to you and even then, it’s not even a long wait. I highly recommend MDLIVE! If you haven’t used their service yet, I ask that you give them a try.

Could not finish setting up appointment because the was no confirm button. everything was filled out and it said hit confirm but there was no place to. It took 90 minutes to schedule an appointment and I could only add a person to my account by contacting support. So support had to be called twice just to get an appointment.

Sick as a dog and did not want to leave the house again. Short survey about what was wrong with me, what medicines I was taking and then 10 minutes later video conference with the doctor. Less than 5 minutes later prescription was sent in.

I logged on and signed up for an appointment. 5 minutes until the appointment was to start, I logged on and into the “waiting room” and have been waiting for 25 minutes since the appointment was so start and no one ever showed. I never received a “hey sorry, need to reschedule” or “just a few more minutes” notification or text. Update: 25 minutes after the start time- I received an automated call (while still looking at the waiting room screen) to say I missed the appointment that I’d been waiting to start since 5 minutes before the said appointment. Clearly it’s not an app meant for medical appointments.
