Waste of time

I’ve attempted to use MDLIVE 3 times. Not a single appointment was successful. My first appointment the doctor was extremely difficult to hear, with loud music playing in the background. Her advice “go see a doctor.” My next two attempts at using MDLIVE I waited hours for a call from a doctor to no avail. Basically all 3 appointment attempts would have been better resolved waiting in urgent care. I ended there anyway after wasting time waiting for a call from MDLIVE.

This is a scam, I pay all year and the one day I’m sick there isn’t a doctor or even a supervisor around to complain to. I’m steaming furious I got suckered into this, STAY AWAY!! Their excuse “no doctors available today” “it is the holidays” BS.
What a lousy service

I downloaded the app and spent 20 minutes inputting everything into it including payment and insurance info and prescription info, only to be told after all it that they cannot service that specific type of issue. Why didn’t it just say so at the beginning when I selected the issue? Why put the user through all of that headache? A well-designed service and app would have made it simpler for the user/patient.
Longest wait ever.

After 5hrs I was never seen but charged. Horrible customer service as well when I called. Go somewhere else

Just used for first time. App was great. Doc was great. Signed up and scheduled call within 5 mins. Impressive.
