Rude DOCTORRR

The first time I tried this the Dr I had was super rude didn’t even ask questions had long pauses didn’t say anything at all an told me he’s just waiting if I should send him a perscription.. he was so rude an shouldnt even be a doctor if he doesn’t care for others well being. Just got to urgent care instead.

I have used MD Live twice now since receiving insurance and I feel that it is a wonderful way for people to get medical help without having to spend a ton of money at their primary doctor or urgent care clinics. So far the two different doctors I have worked with using this app have been an incredibly caring, patient and willing to listen to my concerns and issues. I recommend this for anyone looking for medical help and solutions that can’t necessarily afford the time or money it would involve to see a doctor face-to-face.

Wrong co pay on the app, original online website works good, the app is trying to take more money from me.

If the Dr process is anything like the registration than I’m doomed! Nothing is user friendly. It kept denying my registration and finally it went through only to be told to verify my account( never saying how)Finally I went to my iPhone and there is a message there but even that wasn’t clear. I’m not computer illiterate nor a genius but I have never had this sort of trouble. Makes me wonder if it’s worth it.

The dr didn’t prescribe me enough medicine to clear my infection. Minimum adult dosage was 7 days. I received 5. After calling customer service, they stated the doctor stopped responding. I should have just went to my primary care physician and saved the higher co-pay for this service. It was only a costly band-aid until I could get to my clinic.

I was traveling this past weekend out of state, in a rural area in NC. I was stung/bitten by some insect and ended up with a nasty allergic reaction. Unfortunately, the area I was in everything closed super early, so I would need to wait until the following day to be seen in person. Thankfully, I remembered this app! I was able to submit photos of the infected area. The doctor followed up with a call to get a few more details and called in the prescriptions! All in all a pleasant interaction, only downside is I waited for almost 45 minutes before speaking with the doctor.
Refilled my RX without problems

Very happy so far, have only used this once as I do not commonly get sick. I was helped within 20 minutes, just to get a refill on some acne meds, I even had forgotten to notify her the strength of my RX after the video chat was over and just shot her a message and she phoned Walgreens and got it fixed. Will update if I have any issues in the future ☺️
