App Crashes on login

Since the new update on IOS the app crashes every time opened or when trying to login please update your app.

I upgraded to 11.3 yesterday and now the app crashes when signing in. I’ll keep trying and it will allow me to sign in, but when I click on anything in the app, it’ll crash. Thanks

Although it may be a convenient way to enter points, it still isn’t very user friendly. Score 0 points for app updates! The app will not work with iOS 11.3. It keeps closing down! Time to update or re-vamp this app completely!

This app worked beautifully until a week or so ago. Now I have to login and may or may not get a screen before it kicks out. I never had an issue for two years until recently. Whatever improvements were made have destroyed the app. Please return it to its previous coding.

Never had a problem before till now. Every time I open it closes. I tried to delete and reinstall app. But doesn't work still shuts down.

April 2, 2018: Apple updated to iOS 11.3. Now this app crashes on launch. Worked fine before. Had to prove you’re not a robot, but otherwise it was OK. Aug 3, 2016: will work after accepting new terms of use. Hit menu button and profile. Then you'll get the app going again. They need to make it obvious. First review: I am so happy to be able to scan my tickets for rewards and to check for winners. I have had no problems. It used to take so long typing in all those numbers/letters. Position the ticket as it says and it should work fine. I am using the latest iOS and iPhone 6. A million times "thank you." No more checking losers at the store and worse - having them tell you your winners are losers and keeping them themselves. Yes, that could happen too. Not anymore!!! ?

This used to work great and then suddenly stopped remembering my login...then it stopped functioning entirely and would not open or stay open. Needs a better bug fix. I deleted and re installed and did the turn off/on thing multiple times—nada. What a sad state given how much $$ the state takes from players they should at least have an app that works more reliably.
