I'm mad because I buy two coffees everyday and it's only counting as one ☝️ on the app even when buy one get one free should also count as two on the app !! Disappointed at these point !!

I installed it yesterday and like another reviewer posted the offers changed between the mile from my home to the store. Once I realized that I decided to redeem the free large soda with ANY purchase instead. Well, the girl says that it won't work. You probably need to buy something more expensive. I'm like if you can see the offer are you not empowered to just honor it?? I guess not. It's not worth the hassle.

Stamp feature not working

It's great when it works. Lately the stamps haven't been registering. Bought 3 coffee drinks and I haven't gotten credit for them. Sent a message here but they emailed asking me to call with a bunch of other requirements. Easier just to stop going to mcdonalds for coffee

While drinking a shake I looked at the back and saw they had an app I thought I might give it a try. Every 5 minutes I get a notification for the app but when I open the app there is nothing going on. Also, they keep talking about special deals? Well that's a bunch of bull crap I asked one of the workers and they said there is no benefit what so ever.

I haven't had any issues with the app itself. My coupons work, when there are issues it is typically that the crew person isn't trained on how to manually enter the code if the scanner doesn't work. I would have given more stars but I have issue with the amount of coffee coupons. As someone who doesn't drink coffee, they could at least include all mcafe so I can get a shake.

Coffee Punchcard on App only works half the time in my area. I have 3 McDonald's near my house and they all have issues with the coffee Punchcard on this app. Coffee purchases only get recorded about half the time. Very annoying.
