This app barely works. It doesn’t keep track Of your points at all, never updates what freebies you have available and what you have used. According to mine I still have free stuff, I know I have used. Total joke of an update.. and why would you rush your customers to update when it doesn’t even work right

Nice design, but punches stopped working with this new app. Went in to buy drinks, app showed only 5 punches but terminal said I got a free one.

Waste of time app that makes you go through a long process to log into each time you want to open and use the app. Server says wrong login info even though it’s right and makes you redo your password every time you need to use the app. Bar code is now tiny so that’s a pain as well. The app update is the worst ever and then person behind it should lose their job!! Might look into the 7-11 app instead

New update does not work at all! Worked fine first day then it stopped tracking everything and points haven’t changed. While I fill up about 2 times a week. I know I have more points.

The new app doesn’t work at all. I can’t log in most of the time. I’m losing points and will likely start going to another gas station with actual, working rewards if this isn’t fixed.

My app shows a free drink, but when I check out at the store it doesn’t register that I have a free drink so I have to buy it at full price rather than use my refillable cup. Definitely like the old app much better.

I downloaded the latest version of the app and was able to create an account enough to receive a welcome email. However, every time I try to sign into the app, I get an error claiming that the server is “unavailable”, rendering the app useless.

This new app is horrible !! I have to uninstall it every night just so that my points will update for the day, that what customers service said to do ?

The old app work very well. Now you have to get the new app running. Well problems start with - if you have an existing account you have to have your card number. My card is long gone. I have had this app for 3 years or so. Next try to open a new account. You can’t because it already has you on file. So your stuck. Can access your points and you have enter your phone number at the counter instead of scan the app. Love some help if the problem is user error.
