Too many bottlenecks

Xkxe003

Art work is great. The simplest example is leveling. To go from one level to the next requires gold and training mats. There are three types of training mats. Gold and mats come from RNG, opening orbs. The amount you get from playing is 40-50 level 1 per day, going from level 55-60 requires 2500. Plus you’ll need around 500k gold, orbs give average of 120k. You’ll earn 2-3 orbs a day if your alliance raids everyday. Then there are gear levels which are the real bottleneck. It’s $15 for 10 of item you need 24. That completes one of 6 gear pieces needed to reach the next level. Then you have star levels. Gold stars which for many characters are only available through $, and red stars that give large stat increases. You can promote one character a month from 3-4. The minimum for a character to be useful is 4 yellow and 4 red. To go from 4 red to 5 red is 3 months, if you don’t promote any other characters. Then you still have 6 and 7 red star promotions. 330 days in I have 0 of 150 characters at this level after spending more than $2k. That isn’t the end of the bottle necks either.

Going downhill...

Smittus

Here we are, as predicted $copley has made it solidly pay to win. Without spending big, you are not using ANY new characters in end game content. Basically every new character is used in blitz SIM and that’s it. Getting to the point where people are quitting left and right because of excessive bottlenecks, less fun than ever before

Don’t even download if you don’t have $$$

Angry Frost

Seriously. You will never catch up. You will never get those sought after characters in a few weeks. It’ll take months to years. I’m 1000 days in and at 1020 you get 25 Power Cores and 6K Red Star orb shards. It’s pathetic. Takes 8M gold to fully level a character not including the gold needed to advance gear tiers and abilities. The final node in the hardest campaign? You get 5k gold. That’s it. You only generate around 100k in gold a day. That’s 80 days to get to 8M.

Money talks

Ikmsalllllday

This is a mobile game that really has some great potential. Definitely the first one I’ve played this much, but man I can’t tell you how idiotic the micro transactions are in this game. They’re so over priced, that for most of them even if you cut the price an offer in half, they’re still over priced! It’s mind boggling how simple it is if you’re the developer to make some easy changes, you’ll just make more money. More people will buy if it isn’t over priced. It’s just so simple.

Tone Deaf

Commander HUNT

The developers for this game are tone deaf to the needs of this community. A huge amount of game bottlenecks, game bugs every week, game modes that are not fun, and no way for new players to catch up to current content. If you plan to sink thousands of dollars into a game and not enjoy it, this is the game for you.

First ever review

Honestly the gameplay itself in certain areas can be ‘somewhat enjoyable’ but concerning the players complain about screen time. Ultimately this is a pay-to-win FTP game and the developers ONLY care about their bottom line. In the past few months it’s become shockingly bad. Giving this game two-stars only because it’s Marvel. Which gives it one star by itself.

Completely amazing?? Love the new X-Men!

This game is so dynamic and multidimensional I cant believe it’s just on my phone. I love how each character, even the minions are relevant to the game. There’s not much to do to improve the game. Mainly I’d like the missions that provide assist characters to list them on the briefing like they list which adversaries you’ll be facing. The bundles are also too expensive for what you’re getting. It’d also be amazing if the combo moves were more diversified and signature (brawlers). I’ve been playing this game since it came out and have completely loved seeing characters from the movies and shows exist and fight in the same universe. P.s. -Add a Wakandan minion like a shield cape warrior, Professor X, The Lizard, Sandman, and THE VALKYRIE.

Please Don’t Get Invested at This Point

I love this game for what it is, I really do. The gameplay is amazing, but this company running the game continues to keep making this game an everlasting uphill battle as soon as majority of free-to-play players reach that next hard milestone. This may sound normal for a freemium game, but it’s far from it. Our most recent example? There are legendary characters such as Nick Fury, Iron Man, or Starlord on here that require 5 separate characters to be at 5 stars each to unlock(takes a long time). These legendary characters also are only avails for a few days at a time to unlock, appearing every couple months. Well the next legendary is Jean Gray, and when it became apparent to FoxNext that a good chunk of the player base would unlock her on the first pass, they moved the goal post and now require a team of 5 characters at 6 stars to unlock(which takes even longer to do). This company has done this practice multiple times and repeatedly moves the goal post and it’s just not worth it anymore to continue playing. So save yourself the time and energy and find another marvel game to play.

Was a great game before Scopely took over

morepeoplethan names

This used to be a great game until Scopely took over and put the focus on profit only. A new player should not start the game as there is no catch up mechanics. There are too many bottlenecks hidden behind paywalls and to level up a single character to playable levels will either take you months or $100 to do it. There is currently a mass exodus of players leaving the game due to the direction the game has gone.

Corporate Greed at its Worst

Gamer525600

This entire game is a scam built to monopolize on people’s love for Marvel stories and characters, and take advantage of individuals with real gambling issues. Sad, shameful, and not worthy of your money or time.
