Fun but here comes scopely

This game will be ruined with scopely p2W model. Sad it’s literally the best phone game I’ve played and the only one that ever compelled me to spend any real cash.
Fun until it wasn’t due to insane crash issues.

My last submission to tech support sums it up: “My crash issues have gotten worse not better. I cannot participate is Arena, Blitz, Raid or War. All fights crash. ALL OF THEM. I’ve already tried the standard troubleshooting tips up to and including deleting the game and reloading it. Nothing works. Nothing. I am done trying to get enjoyment out of a broken game. Good day.” Apparently I was one of the unlucky ones. If you try your hand at this game maybe you’ll have better luck. Maybe.
Terrible support, game crashes constantly

Game started out decent, now constantly crashes and the supports solution is to re-download the game, and then click on every character to get them to load before trying anything, there are over 120 characters.

The patches are so unstable on this iPad that most of the time it crashes. I can’t buy anything until it’s fixed. I really think it has potential but it’s not clear when if ever this issue will be resolved. It’s unplayable.

Game started crashing constantly since 3.8 update. Neither of the 2 following updates have fixed it. The crashes happen everywhere, mid battle, clicking through menus, everywhere. I’m sad because i want to play the game. Please fix :(

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm currently trying to do the current event on the hard level and I have Carnage on my team, but when I use his abilities, my battle just freezes and I can't exit out of the battle. The only way to get out is to restart my phone. I tried to change him out, thinking it was just his character, but the only difference is the battle freezes a little later than before. Other than that, I absolutely love this game and I hope this gets fixed before the event is over.

So I have also been playing this game for a decent amount of time but when I try to do events or anything else besides the campaign the game crashes I logged back on 5 times now and it’s the same result. AND I have fully updated the game as well

I’ve been playing this for a year and the recent patch crashes ALL THE TIME. If you have itiPhone don’t download it. I sent multiple tickets and a “patch” was sent but it didn’t work. Take caution

This is one of the worst games ever you have to get characters to win levels and there always some tase that doesn’t even give you lots of shards and it’s like every 2 months you add a new the characters and you can’t play until you update my little cousin likes this game and he couldn’t play it for 5 months because she couldn’t update it like the characters but I have to give this game 1 star
