The company takes the fun out of the game. – Marvel Contest of Champions Review

Horrible customer service and public relations. Game mechanics and availability of resources make it near impossible to advance... much less to a level to reach higher content. They refuse to listen to their customer base. Update:5July2018. No word from the company on several complaints from the community as a whole. They disguise themselves. The game play is great but the customer service is horrible. They pay no attention to the community as a whole and the massive outcry for change. I want a company to profit... if they provide value but Kabam does not. Research outside kabams ability to influence their own in store rating by deleting poor ratings. The community at large is boycotting the company... and I am too. I will not spend another dime with them until they hear us. Update: 12July18 New update continually heats up my phone and causes a shut down. Apple warns me not to run the app anymore because it risks frying my battery.... makes it hard to progress on milestones and run alliance quest and wars with my team when there is a fear of ruining a $1000 phone. Company doesn’t even warn you about this current problem.
