The video quality is great. Love the thumbnails on the bottom and the general navigability including the plus features. I don’t love the invasive practice of suggesting friends based on my contact and not giving me the option of turning off the notification for that. I use the free version, and I am considering deleting this app because of the constant confusion I feel when I see a notification and struggle to find it only to see that it was Marco Polo suggesting a friend. I don’t use Marco Polo that often and do not want face to face conversations with anyone beyond who I choose to add.

This app is awesome. You do not need to pay and I have been able to see my friends and family out of town and on trips, or just at home. I would highly recommend it for all family’s. There is a premium that you can get if you pay so much money a month, but it is completely not needed.
A bit overrated but still a good app

I love the app it’s amazing but to get the Marco Polo plus it’s a bit pricey I don’t know if you just tried really hard to get money or not because it’s really expensive and it’s only for a couple extra effects like seriously I think that kinda makes the app overrated but I mean it’s still is a good app

From 2020 till 2021 my friend Bill and I were able to connect using Marco during his bout with cancer. Such a wonderful tool of communication. Early January 2022 Bill died. I am grateful for the Marco Polo app!

Marco Polo is great for my sister, who lives 2000 miles away, and myself to stay connected throughout the week. We talk on the phone but its nice to be able to see each other too and just give a little message of love, or well wishes for an upcoming event, etc.

Hi! I would really love to use this app! It looks like an amazing app. but, it is not working for me because I have a email. It only lets me put in numbers.it would mean a lot if somehow there is a way we could fix this.

I am giving Marco Polo four stars not because I have any doubts about it but because I’m a brand new user and not completely familiar with it. My 3 adult daughters have used it for multiple years to communicate with each other. It appears to work because they live in three parts of the United States and are very close. My wife and I have just started using it and think it will work out but are not positive yet.
