I used to love this app so much! But the newest update makes you pay to watch the videos at twice the speed. I am a busy person and I don’t have time to watch them slowly so that is super unfortunate and no one wants to pay five dollars a month for that service.

This app used to work amazingly but lately with the new update for pro users you have to pay for some features that used to be free- not a very good idea. I used to be able to send pictures and now I can’t. Other than that- Marco Polo is a good way to communicate if the only way you can is through talking (not in real time)

I love the connection with others that Marco Polo has given me with individuals and groups of friends. Unfortunately, I’m at about a 60% success rate in my videos uploading in a timely manner. Based on online suggestions, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which seems to somehow resolve the issue, and my videos are uploaded. Having to do this a few times a week is unacceptable. I use an iPhone that is only one gen old, and I regularly update both the iOS and the Marco Polo app. The endless spinning and not uploading happens whether I’m using wifi or cell data, and it happens when all my other connectivity and apps appear to be working without issue. Ugh! As much as I hate paying as much as I have to for the features that used to be free (talk about sticker shock!), the developers/company made a smart move in charging for the best features, notes in particular.

I think that the things that were free when I downloaded the app years ago should still be free. Think of something new to offer to sell the app, don’t take away and then offer to sell it to us?

I love this app but I do not want to download Marco Polo plus to get better features but what do I know I am just 8 years old but it is really really expensive and yes it is great but does not have good prices and I would love to send things to people from other conversations without having to buy Marco Polo plus for example I have a funny video of my mom and want to send it to my older sister I do not have to buy Marco Polo plus to do that what I am trying to say is I want a better price for it and make some things in Marco Polo plus to be in the app but not in Marco Polo plus so ya I love this app but needs some things changed I hope this will help

Love the concept of this messaging app, but it does get jenky. I have had several issues with videos “not available” or “interrupted”. Sometimes deleting/reinstalling the app helps. It’s just annoying, but I am in the free version so I can’t complain too much.
Be aware of your friends getting notices of anyone you might be talking to.
