So now after the update as soon as I get on Marco Polo it disconnects from my AirPods, it has been doing it all day. No other apps does this
Requires too many open permissions to use

This app does not need access to my camera or microphone if I’m just looking at a video from my realtor. It’s entirely overly permissive and bloated to boot.

The app is so easy to use I just love it. It has greatly enhanced my relationship with my brother in Japan, instead of emails now we talk back and forth and and show each other our houses and stuff it is great fun. My son and his wife went on a year long trip across the country and kept in touch with Marco Polo. We were able to see all the places they stayed! Wonderful way to stay connected to long distance friends and family.

Have fallen in love with Marco Polo! This is seriously so easy to use with no weird gadgets/features to make it complicated. I use this to stay in touch with friends throughout the day, so much easier and quicker than texting. My only suggestion, would be to include some sort of a timer/recording bar to see how long the video is while recording. That would be helpful, especially since my friends and I ramble on and on :)
Garbage just use Facebook messenger!

OK let me start out by saying that I really had hopes for this because my best friend of 29 years lives in Texas now and I’m in Michigan. The concept was nice we could make a little video, say hi, feel like we’re talking face-to-face. While being able to check the message when we have a free moment, as opposed to texting back-and-forth and trying to set up a time when you’re both free to call. Aside from the app never working right in the first place at all and not updating the newest video ever, making me play through my own video just to watch his. Now the app says I don’t have any tokens and can’t watch any more videos I’m not going to pay for some crappy low grade low quality video garbage streaming service. If I wanna do that Facebook messenger is free.

This app has meant so much to me for the last couple of years, especially for the first year of the pandemic, when I could see and hear my friends without having to talk in real time. Really grateful for it. Still use it.
Not as good anymore

You used to be able to utilize different features having regular Marco Polo. Now, you have to upgrade to plus in order to be able to do different things.
