For the 3rd time now I’ve been bait and switched into selecting a subscription for this app. My daughter’s school requires this for certain one way communications but I don’t want to subscribe as the free version is adequate. Three times now I’ve opened the app to view a message and about the time I select the link, a subscription offer pops up and boom you are now subscribed for a 1 year $119 subscription. From there you have to jump thru Apple’s hoops to get a refund. This is ridiculous AND this has never happened to me on any of the 100’s of apps I’ve used since 2008 when I started purchasing iPhones for my family. @Dev’s please fix this!!!!

Marco Polo is so great. It’s such a great way to connect with friends and family. It’s also cool how you can do sound effects and change the filter on your phone. Marco Polo is so cool!

While o enjoy this app I do t like I have to pay for things I used to have access to like fast forward.
Impossible to cancel and get a refund.

Within the seven day period to cancel, I canceled, but we’re still billed. Can’t get a response as to when my refund will arrive or if I’m getting it. Very disappointing.
Privacy is lacking!

I love the app for staying connected with friends and family. Sometimes you just don’t want all your contacts seeing when you’re online or frequency of use. Had to stop using to avoid being contacted by certain people. Wish it were more private, I’d use it everyday.
