How dare you give us rewards and then take all my gold and leave me a negative balance!!! Send me a notice about “suspicious activities” and take 300k worth of gold from my account when I have bought a bunch of packs and participated in events to earn gold. This is ridiculous, and if not remedied I will be done with this game and spend my money elsewhere! How do you expect to leave someone with a negative balance and make me buy packs to get out of the hole and be able to do what I need to do to grow? This is p2w and I refuse to buy any more packs if you are just going to scam me out of my gold.

I have played since the release of this game. It’s an awesome game at the top end, there is lots to do and the content is ever changing. Game balance is lacking. PC players play on servers with people using mobile apps and phones, which gives them an advantage. Time zone is all euro, events do not change times or rotate. They offer a deluxe subscription, but it was removed from the App Store and so other platforms have an advantage Apple users don’t get. Gameloft’s official response was get another platform to play on. Customer care responses are less than adequate. It takes multiple emails to accomplish anything. Higher end game play often bugged or broken, with little to no compensation given. In other news, I have an 83 min video of my account being hijacked and over 2 years worth of work destroyed, after I went to customer care and found my account had gotten crosslinked to windows somehow. Their response is, nothing we can do to help. So now I am out 185days of actual playing time on that account. That’s 6 months of in game time! Balance the game between platforms and time zones to make more fair play. And as we all know currency is different in each country, but the exchange rates actually give some people a reason to buy your packs at a lower price than others. Gold sellers take advantage of the lower prices offered in other countries and can buy much more than Americans can for the same amount. If you made it all the same, you wouldn’t have Russian, Turkish, and Arab players buying so many bundles to outgrow the rest.

I have negative 98,880 gold and i got a mail saying that they put the balance back to normal but i logged on and it was still negative. I lost all my troops and resources this was a rip dude

Been playing for a 1 or 2 and there are still things about the game that I don’t know. Experience players will have the edge, along with those who down money. Spending money is s huge part of this game which I disagree with but it’s how it’s made. Game mechanics are solid along with user interface. Just wish there were more games like this one that didn’t have such a hard pay to win system

The new key system is reason for the writing this review. The most boring pseudo gambling game addition possible. Who wants to wait 15 minutes to see if they win a prize? In general this game has become increasingly slow and boring. There was a time I spent hours in this game actually doing things, but with each update they make it a chore and not a game. How many of us would choose a game that repetitively puts you on hold? Do a thing and then wait between 15 minutes and 2 hours (real times listed) to see if that thing was successful. They have same old lottery items where you win useless items. I have 17 years of VIP boosts. I don’t think I will be playing in 2036. The daily tasks could be generic but they decide to give specific and worthless tasks to perform to get a mid level gem which you will need. However it will take you six months to a year to upgrade that one gem to a level that is worth anything based on their “random” method of awarding gems. This game defines the word SLOW. Not worth the data charges to play on a phone. Not supported on apple laptop.

I think this is a really fun game but there is one really big problem, over night sometimes my peace shield expires and people with 100million+ power come and destroy my entire army with little to no consequences. please make it so that you can’t attack someone that is less than 50 million less power than you.

The game is fun but I wish the game packs were cheaper and a better selection. Reasonably priced packs with plenty resources would be nice.

Game has many glitches and waste your hard earned items. If you don’t spend money customer service is non existent.

I’m in love with the game. That being said can y’all make one change tho? Make it easier to have to castles. Koa has it where you could switch in between and everything. Other than that the game is amazing!! Daddypanda from realm 263.

Do not spend money on this game

First off I will state that March of Empires is a fun game where you can meet new friends. However if you ever lose your account they will not help you to recover it no matter how much money you have spent on the game. I played for over two years and lost access to my account on my main device. I have been contacting customer service for over 2 months and they refuse to help me. Very very poor customer service. If you choose to play this game you will enjoy it, but keep in mind if you lose your account you will be starting over.
