Played the game for a few yrs. If you like being a slave to shields and never catching up to the bigger accounts than this game is for you. You will have to spend money to advance anywhere and you will lose everything because you can’t log on to protect yourself at some point. There are lots of good people in the game but it is a game built on hate. Enjoy!!

Amazing, Captivating

Phenomonal!!!!

This game is enthralling and fun. Granted it is slow and takes a long time to rank up but that’s just the fun of it. There are constant seasonal updates and challenges. If you join an alliance you can soon become a leader of the ranks. If you spend money you will rank up quickly but since I don’t have the money I took the longer route and play it through without cheats. Overall great game!!

Been playing this game for close to 3 years. Recently an update has prevented me from logging in. Customer service does not exist for this game so I am just screwed out of my account. There needs to be a much more efficient way for getting help to players that need it, especially in cases like this!! Also a pre-warning would be nice, this way we can place 3 day shields in case we are unable to login. I will rewrite my review and give 4-5 stars when someone reaches out and helps me, until then 1 Star it is


Game loft customer support is terrible

They are good at helping you restore an a account, which is only natural if you want to keep players, but the level of competence of the support team regarding technical issues is mediocre at best. They do minimal investigation about a reported issue and offer cookie cutter suggestions like restart the game, check your internet connection/provider, blah, blah, blah. If they have to look change more than one screen to investigate an issue, you may as well consider your case lost. As far as I can see, there is no escalation method if you are dissatisfied with their “solution”.
