Please make private messages visible as soon as they have been sent to the other player. They appear only when a response has been made. It is difficult to:- 1) Keep track of those players you have attempted to contact but not yet responded. 2) Proofread your own messages before receiving a reply. 3) Send additional messages under one subject before a response has been made. Other than this and a few other minor issues, the game is brilliant. I’ll update to 5* if the fix has been made.

This is a simple easy to learn game. You can spend as little or as much time in the game as you want and it doesn’t feel like you are wasting too much time at once playing it.

Direct rip off of GoW and Mobile Strike on a less stable platform. Extremely poor customer service (if you get any service at all). In game chat is horrendous, constant crashes and never ending reloads. Ridiculous events (ie battering ram tug of war) and they are poorly planned and not thought through. Useless items like VIP extensions and additional champion XP continue to be event rewards long after you have reached top levels. General app stability is very poor freezes crashes etc Play something else!

Tons & tons of bugs & glitch’s!! Customers service is a joke! Haven’t been able to login for 10 days now final get on and my account is gone after all the time and money spent & STILL NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!DO NOT GET OR PLAY!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

They never respond wrote them 3 times not yet here from them the game is ok kinda hard to build when higher levels crush you ???
Cheats and lack of support

Being a veteran player leader of the strongest alliance in one of the realms I know a few things about these game. Overall a good game but for me the only reason I keep playing are the people that I play with. Even with that most of us are about to quit these game. There were ways to cheat for a long time and many people do it. Not game changers and maybe hard to catch but when few players cheat with their paragon Lvls, whole realm knows about it, reports to gl and they do nothing that is too much! There is point to play because strategies and plans you make don’t work in a cheater friendly or rigged environment!
Not bad but the glitches.

The chat glitches multiple times a day on every device I play on. Also every realm has a top alliance(s) that are just untouchable and monopolize the entire middle of the map. Maybe add in a mechanic to give the other growing alliances a chance against them, minus shielding up 24/7 lol

The alliance chat is crap. It freezes to much at which time you have to reboot the game. I also get kicked off the game right in the middle of play. I can say the game is fun to play and you can make new friends.
