Interesting game, catching concept, interesting to play. You can spend months building your army, gathering resources, gaining exp and one time you miss to renew your shield you will loose everything.... but hey you can buy $99 dollar pack to recover! This game is Pay to Win- you have to commit $10-$20 a week to have fun, otherwise you will be farmed :-)

I love this game, but they don’t always give you the event prize. I’ve won 2 events and never seen any of the prizes. Sometimes it takes all day of playing to even get close to winning an event. Truly disappointed that I’ve spent time/money on this game for it them to screw me out of the event prizes.

I was in an alliance that received 1st place award for Conquest event where only 2 members have rallied capitals and though I did not rally capitals, all members of my alliance received 1st place award except me. Contacted customer service numerous times and they refused to fix the issue. Customer service even LIES to you saying that participation is necessary in alliance events to get alliance awards. If you have issues with the the game, customer service will not research and fix your issues. All the bad reviews are absolutely TRUE.
Gameloft shutdown in an RvR event?

This is exactly when not to have the game down for hours and shields are running out! This is the longest shutdown I have seen in months. I heard some people can get on the game so that means people will get zeroed.. Thanks
Needs levels

The game is good but they need to make levels so u can build up ur forces do it in 5-10 lvl increment that u can only attack within that level cuz ppl and alliances monopolize the realm and just “harvest” weaker players and it takes days to do anything to heal ur troops back and recoup the levels of resources need to heal without dumping money into the game makes u not want to play

It’s a game you can come back over and over again and always find something to do, and you can play with friends and family. And it’s not a forced pay to play

It is very addicting and fun to make new friends fighting lots of battle!

even when you have proof you will be lucky for them to fix your issue in a month. many get zeroed by server glitches. don’t waste time on this app
Higher levels

Loved this game when it started, but higher level players shouldn’t get rewarded for zeroing a new player that’s trying to build.
