Frustrated!!! – magicApp Calling & Messaging Review

Last week, the app was updated on my iPhone but did not trigger a request to access the microphone. Support tried everything and then said I need a new phone! Then said MJ no longer allows 2 communication devices to work simultaneously with only one USB device. So I would have to log out on one device and use the app on the other. NO warning of this change to customers! This week, the app updated on my iPad, but would not trigger a request to access the mic. Support tried everything w/o any success. This is the first unsolvable issue with MJ after years of good service. Now with the above policy change and an updated app, NOTHING WORKS!!! Will have to move over to TextNow.
