This app hasn’t worked since I paid for it. I have reached out to customer several several times and I keep getting contact the developer. And the developer is to busy to respond to anything . Horrible horrible app

iPhone app constantly needs login, password re entered. Freezes. Accessing app, tries to recall everything in the call history. Getting worse. TOTALLY USELESS!!!!

911 Update

December 2021 MagicJack is not showing what extra fees may be for 911 Services - They should state this fee or if it does not increase the $3.99 a month fee !!! July 2021 Strange new bug(s)- example you’ll have a missed call, then check who the missed call is from and possibly voicemail- then hours later magicapp will send another notice that you have a missed call- however it’s the missed call you already checked!!!! May 2021 Magicjack is now a monthly fee- $3.99 before taxes a month and it will be roughly $48 a year. With new monthly fee they should add a feature that allows to send and receive photos like many other apps do, that are in the same monthly fee range. They also should offer an annual fee of 40 something for those that just want it billed yearly September 2020 The app for some strange reason keeps saying I missed a call - 90% of calls are like this!!! March/April 2020 The the old version before the new fancy updates - when a 2nd call came in the app would give an alert sound over speaker or in earbuds- it doesn’t do this anymore- now it flashes and pops up on the screen only no audio alert - wish it had the alert sound- when the device is in your pocket you hear the 2nd call

MagicApp stopped supporting the $9.99/yr option and didn’t allow Apple auto-renews to go through. So everyone lost the phone number they had through MagicApp!!! And you can’t get it back!!!! Terrible customer service trying to blame it on Apple, so I spent 35 minutes with Apple just for Apple to tell me that MagicApp stopped allowing auto-renews and stopped supporting the $9.99/yr and now I’ve lost the phone number associated with one of my businesses and MagicApp says I cannot get it back since they don’t offer the $9.99/yr. option anymore. What a terrible way to do business!!!!!

Ever since I switch m landline to this, I get 2 to 3 spam and junk calls everyday! My number was private and this company must of sold it. I’m letting my subscription run out and will not keep the number

This app is not good at working with contacts for businesses (e.g., restaurants, stores) where there is no first name and last name. Developers should update so it works better. Frustrating not to be able to look up “Home Depot” or whatever.

I have complained on the app about other person can’t hear my voice and magicjack dummy team don’t know what they are doing. They need to improve their service
