The app is very laggy and I bought a tray of Jurassic world kinder joy eggs and none of them scan. So now my daughter is left with a tray of candy but no app to play. Should have just bought a toy and some cheaper candy.
I know we will love it when it works right ?

I am so sorry to write my query here, I just don’t know where else to reach out. I have searched online over and over and I keep coming up with no answer. My child is currently collecting the Jurassic World Kinder Joy Eggs and has seen YouTube videos about the app, so of course we downloaded it. Unfortunately the problem lies within the fact that there is no Jurassic World place anywhere within the app. We have even tried scanning the AR codes to no avail as the app does not seem to recognize it. We have downloaded and uninstalled and downloaded again in hopes that it would reset to no avail as well as installing it on an iPhone vs iPad and still, no luck accessing Jurassic World. Please tell me there is a fix for this or that I am missing something because my tiny human wants so much to play this feature!! Thank you!!

I was so excited about this game. Downloaded the App, none of my cards will SCAN, did the update, still nothing will scan. It freezes & I have to close it out. I am disappointed & shockingly No one online can help, no one knows why they can’t scan theirs either. Replies here just say “ update the app or email us” that’s not helpful. I love JP & JW. Least the chocolate was amazinggggg. PLEASE if you can fix the game so it scans & will work we would all appreciate it.

Crashes frequently. The Jurassic world island won't open, just brings up a window stating "generic error."

I downloaded the app to scan jurassic world kinder eggs with my nephew and see no way to do that.
