AR doesn't work!

I got a kinder egg at a birthday party. It says you can scan it in the app, and some AR stuff. So I downloaded the app. I got it and then had to go through some very childish stuff. I put my age in, and it didn't alter the way it did anything in the app. Then I saw the QR scanner. I thought it was for scanning augmented reality stuff. But when I tried scanning the thing that was inside the egg, with the place to stand the figure, it didn't do anything. I looked it up, but nothing explained how to scan for AR. I couldn't figure it out. If there was something at least to explain it, maybe I could have figured something out. But there wasn't. I am very annoyed with the app.
No Jurassic world.

Where is the Jurassic world augmented reality on here? Took it away without warning. No way to contact the developer.

My son had me download the app after buying a Jurassic World kinder egg. I created an account and yet no Jurassic world segment. Tried the AR as the instructions in the toy said and got nothing. I tried sending an email per the previous review and got no reply. Bummer. Delete the app

Not sure if I am missing something but can’t find anything Jurassic World related in the app. When I try to scan the code it does not work either.
Seems pretty loaded and kewl, but difficult and not all works

Just picked up a Jurassic Joy egg as they were out for Halloween. As someone else said, no place to find Jurassic content, so can't scan. You can't sell this stuff and take it away, Kinder toys are out for a long time. Kids get disappointed. Also, trivia world game, couldn't tap answers. Took many tries to pick. And snowmobiles have tracks and skis in place of wheels. Not for too little kids as too hard to figure out.

When I Found A Kinder Egg I Asked My Mom For It And She Said “Yes” And I Went Home After I Bought It And I Opened Is And I Got A Hulk Thing I Think It Was A Hulk Keychain And I Put It On My School ID

My kids are looking for the section of the app with the interactive Jurassic world dinosaurs. We still have the toys and can’t find the appropriate section. Any help would be great.

Got a Jurassic world exclusive egg on November 21, 2018. Attempted to use the app to get the AR experience but it was taken out due to licensing issues. I guess I got an expired egg? This was bought in Honolulu Hawaii.
