Why do you sell old toys that your App does not support!!! This is a scam! My 4 year old son cried for over an hour because your company is a scam! You need to recall this old crap and not sell it if your app is not going to support anymore or return people’s money!! This is made management and I will never buy your product for my kids again!

My son has collected all the Jurassic eggs and I hadn’t downloaded the app till today for him. He is as so excited. Only now it doesn’t work on the app and he is so sad and upset! Please bring it back!
Jurassic AR NOT WORKING

Just recently my family members got Jurassic Kinder Joy Eggs. I bought the app it said to get, I thought that the QR code scanner was for it. I tried multiple times trying to get it to work and for about an hour I looked online to find a way to scan the area where you are supposed to scan. This is VERY disappointing I thought it would work.
No dinosaur AR feature

Listen up folks
We picked up the Jurassic World Kinder Joy eggs for Easter and promptly downloaded the app only to discover the AR option is no longer available for the dinosaur toy on this app. Very sad.

I have come to enjoy the Kinder toys with the candy. I got all the Star Wars collection, yet never logged them in. Btw, I don’t buy these for my kids, I buy them for myself, yet the kids LOVE them. So this is my first run at logging them in. Hope you all enjoy these as much as I do. THANKS KINDER FOR ALLOWING TO CONNECT WITH MY CHILDHOOD!!!!
