I know we will love it when it works right ? – Magic Kinder - Educational app Review

I am so sorry to write my query here, I just don’t know where else to reach out. I have searched online over and over and I keep coming up with no answer. My child is currently collecting the Jurassic World Kinder Joy Eggs and has seen YouTube videos about the app, so of course we downloaded it. Unfortunately the problem lies within the fact that there is no Jurassic World place anywhere within the app. We have even tried scanning the AR codes to no avail as the app does not seem to recognize it. We have downloaded and uninstalled and downloaded again in hopes that it would reset to no avail as well as installing it on an iPhone vs iPad and still, no luck accessing Jurassic World. Please tell me there is a fix for this or that I am missing something because my tiny human wants so much to play this feature!! Thank you!!
