Sad – Magic Kinder - Educational app Review

I was so excited about this game. Downloaded the App, none of my cards will SCAN, did the update, still nothing will scan. It freezes & I have to close it out. I am disappointed & shockingly No one online can help, no one knows why they can’t scan theirs either. Replies here just say “ update the app or email us” that’s not helpful. I love JP & JW. Least the chocolate was amazinggggg. PLEASE if you can fix the game so it scans & will work we would all appreciate it.
