After opening the app, it drags me to the App Store to get other apps. So stupid. I don't even get 10 seconds to read an article before it launches me to the App Store. I use to love this app.
Agree that redirects to AppStore are bad

I am finally coming to the conclusion after constantly being sent into the AppStore while trying to read articles that it is time to uninstall and use a browser like Blaze to read MacDailyNews. Like others, I might be willing to pay $1.99 to remove ads. I abhor the switch to the AppStore. If I can be assured that it has been corrected, I will reload it.

Update: they still haven't fixed the automatic ads problem. Avoid at! This app automatically opens ads when you try to read an article!!! Are you kidding me??? This app is total junk!!! Look elsewhere for apple news!!! It's not just bad, it's super bad! ?? Its a shame cause I really enjoy reading their articles.

This app constantly tries to open the App Store when reading an article. Text placement when reading comments narrows down to one letter per line. Just a bad app

Hey guys you made the app useless ever since these ads force open the App Store every couple of seconds when in the article. What the use of the news app if you can't read the news being interrupted as you go. Fix it please. Update I just removed the app altogether from my devices. Found better apps with Apple news. No adds anymore!

This used to be a wonderful app but now is USELESS with the annoying ads and constant jumping to the App Store.
Was great but now it's adware.

I used MacDaily News for all of my Mac/Apple news. But now it's become so heavily in ad use it has become unusable. I tired to use the app but keeps taking me to the App Store to promote another app. After several attempts I had enough. Here we are writing a review and soon to delete the app. MacDaily News was it worth it?

Impossible to use. Every article redirects to the Apple App Store as a means to generate revenue. This needs to be removed, now.
