Wish the mapping systems were much improved. It’s frustrating how oftenthey are wrong, even on trip I make almost every day. I would love to get in the car and be able to conduct business l. Instead I’m always having to conduct direction to drivers. Your billing works consistently well! Live the option to tip! Drivers are very often kind! Rare that I ever have to give a bad driver rating

Had a great ride today. Don’t use Lyft often. Last time my driver didn’t show up at all and I was still charged. Ugh. This was better.
Driver Scam - DO NOT USE

I haven’t used Lyft in a while and it used to work totally fine. Then last night I called a driver, it said he was in route, and then all of a sudden the ride was over and I was charged $8. I read another review that said the same thing happened to them multiple times, so clearly this is a scam being done by drivers. I hadn’t even gotten in the car!! There’s no way to contact an actual person to get my money back, so now I’m just out $8. This is ridiculous.
Stop using air fresheners

You need to instruct your drivers to stop using air fresheners or I’ll start using cabs again. The convenience of Lyft isn’t worth it if I’m nauseous after every drive.
Still flaws in gps and eta

I wish it was more reliable. Still issues with: 1. Bad gps addresses. 2. Drivers blindly following gps along the wrong or long route. 3. And most annoying, the eta bait n switch. — ETA reads a short time frame and then doubled or triples when ride ordered. Worse is the reverse eta clock that raises the time.
Charge for plus car got a four passenger car for a premium price

I just took a lyft line and got halfway to my destination and the driver went back almost to where we started to pick up another rider. They need to get there routing together or I’ll stop taking rides.
