I don’t like this app, not that good. They charge you immediately without even fining you a ride and then the ride takes more than what it says.

GPS for Drivers needs major improvement

I want to love Lyft, but several times now the driver’s GPS has taken them way off course. I always make sure that my pickup and drop off locations are exact on the map, and it doesn’t matter, the GPS will literally take them to the wrong address. (And yes, they are using Lyft’s GPS, not their own random one.)

Every time i call a lyft its always a ignorant irrational person who does not know how to use the lyft app and gps. They end up wasting not only mine but other lyft passengers as well. It’s almost as if lyft doesn't care and doesn't properly educate or hire the right people.

They only give promotions to the people who don’t support their business and not their customers instead they hike up our price. I use my mom’s phone because her price is always lower and we at the same location

Most of them can’t speak English or it’s hard to contact them because they don’t pick up. Then when we try to tell them where we are they can’t understand what we’re saying. PLEASEEEEE HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN COMMUNICATE WITH US. Thanks. That would help so much I’m tired of being charged for cancelling a ride because he doesn’t understand what I’m saying.
