Poor Internet Connectivity

The last 2x I used this app to go to the airport it literally stops working when it’s time for me to rate the driver & tip them. I get a “poor internet connectivity” notice and it’s impossible to connect. I’ve had to wait for the email notice to come so I can then open the link and tip. At the time all other apps work and my connectivity is fine. I’ve rebooted phone, closed app, etc

I’ve been using lyft for years with no problem until my account was hacked I received fraudulent charges to my account. When I contacted lyft about the charges they told me they were accurate. I will never use he app again and warn anyone against using it. They have poor security and terrible customer service.

I have been taking Lyft for a few years now and it definitely has changed. Biggest change is the app which constantly has problems with it and drives me nuts because it will say an address doesn't exist that I just took a Lyft to 2 days prior or I will try to order a ride and it makes me enter all of my credit card information all over again and then there is customer service. They are similar to so many other modern day companies in not being able to actually reach a person without having to go to deceptive measures. The only way I have been able to reach customer service is through saying I had an accident. I don't want to have to do that to discuss my app issues or a driver who was rude or drive off before completing the ride but they give me no other choice and then the customer service gets annoyed with me and says this isn't the number to discuss this and I say I know but they don't provide me with a number where I can. Can you please please teach your drivers that when the GPS leads them to the destination to have them actually look at the address and not where the gps took them because half the time they are at the wrong place and don't call to see where I am. So much more I could say. I have taken thousands of Lyft rides. Had a driver destroy a painting of mine but isn't liable so I was screwed. Did get a small Lyft credit but I continue to take Lyft mainly for the drivers. They who are what makes Lyft who they are. At least most of them are very friendly and fun which to me is what the company started out being opposed to their competitor who most of the drivers aren't friendly at all. I can only hope they stop constantly changing the app ( prefer the old one), go back to giving perks to people like me who are consider executive passengers and get a customer service number already !!!

Accept all payment options

Uber which I don’t want to use accepts my bank card and Lyft does not please fix this issue. I used PayPal with Lyft and Lyft does not accept my bank card which i use solely to make withdrawals from as a form of payment but when I did the same thing with Uber through PayPal they accepted my bank card as a form of payment . I would prefer to use Lyft so please fix this issue, I don’t have a debit or credit card so this is the only card I use. Please fix this
