This is our first time to use Lyft. What a great experience! Yohan was very engaging and made us feel more than comfortable! He is an asset!
Not very user friendly

For the most part, the app is good but not very user friendly for new people and 3 drivers I ask about it, did not know how the app works. It should be very easy, like request for a ride, 2. Select pick up location, 3. Select destination. I feel the problem is setting the destination. I put in the address but the search did not work. But it look like it wanted to add something to the calendar. Anyway, it was a headache and we end up using something else to get us to where we needed to go. The last time it worked and maybe it’s this new version I am having the problem with.

Our driver arrived within 2 minutes and had a lot of informative detail about the area. It was nice chatting with her and very happy with the ride.

Basically, lift is pretty good. It’s very convenient and helpful. Lift line is also nice because it’s cheaper. However, sometimes they do really crazy stuff. Today, for example, I got in my lift line and The driver started heading in my direction of where I wanted to go and turned off the path to pick up another rider. This is normal with lift line but he proceeded to go back to the exact same place where he picked me up and picked up another rider. THEN He went back up the hill as before and turned left again as before and picked up yet a third person. I wouldn’t mind a driver picks up two other people as long as they don’t go back to exact place where I started from. Grrr.

I use Lyft everyday and don’t receive discounts.Some of the lyft drivers cars are not in good conditions.
Will never use this app again

Waited a hour, the app gave me three different drivers for no reason and kept switching them on it’s own. I kept waiting for over an hour for a driver to arrive and my phone died due to the wait. Never again. I used my other phone and an Uber driver shower right up. Used to have respect for Lyft. Not anymore and neither will my 6,500 Twitter followers.
