Toll Tags???

Why don’t you have an option on selecting a car that includes having toll road tags. I can’t tell you how annoying (and shocking) it is when your car finally gets to you and they can’t take the faster route because they don’t have access to toll roads. Don’t get me started on why a DRIVER doesn’t have that when deciding to pick up and drop off people as a job (full time or part time). PLEASE LET US SEE SELECT TOLL TAGS AS OPTION TO SAVE ME AND THE DRIVER THE HEADACHE.
Issues I’ve had with it.
lyft app problems
It was having problems with directions At least five times that I use it. For where I’m going or current location.
Poor company communication

The drivers are fantastic!! Communicating with Lyft is set up to fail by Lyft company. I have had 3 charges that weren’t right in my many trips and emailgiven was a robotic answer with no resolutions. Very disappointed.

Tried to get a ride on sat the 26th at around noon. There were at least 8-10 lyft cars in my area and I waited over 15mins to see if a driver would pick me up..got tires of waiting so I downloaded Uber and got a car to pick me up in 2 minutes. Was very disappointed

Our driver was the kindest, best person. Perfect driver and conversationalist and great dad, provider to his twin sons!!
App is quick though minor quirks

Works fast, showed our discount. But would be nice to see the estimated fare after the initial screen, while riding, and on the tip-selection screen. Also, seems to force a nickname- should easily allow a review without one
