Decepcionada de esta compañía de taxi , primero tuve una mala experiencia con un conductor cuando fue a poner combustible y se comienza a pelear con la persona que lo estaba atendiendo con lisuras yo estaba asustada. Después con otro conductor que me bajo con gritos de su auto diciéndome que no hacía Pool .. yo me queje directamente con Lyft y lo único que hacen es lamentarse !! No recomendaría a nadie este servicio de Lyft

Thank You for providing this service; I live in a busy city ( downtown Denver). All the downtown traffic and one way streets, impossible parking, aggressive drivers make it so difficult for me to drive myself everywhere all the time. I love this affordable option, and I always tip well. The drivers are all nice, clean cars, fun conversations!! What’s not to like?? Thank You!!

YOUR TIME ESTIMATES ARE BROKEN. I like this app better than Uber here in Los Angeles. The most obnoxious and terrible user experience is the inaccurate time estimates. If Lyft says a driver will appear in 5 minutes, it usually means 10-15 minutes. I’m currently waiting for a ride that was estimated at 8 minutes. 5 minutes later, the estimate says 7 minutes. It must be based on literal distance from the pickup location rather than actual driving conditions. So frustrating.
Driver canceled on me

I first waited over 10 minutes for my ride only to find that he had canceled and I now had to wait another 8 minutes for the next driver to show up. If I request a ride and cancel, Lyft charges me a fee. So why do I have to just put up with it when a Lyft driver does the same thing to me? This was a very disappointing ride as far as Lyft is concerned.
